Q: How long is shipping?
A: First the order take a 2-3 business days to process and confirm
Shipping depend the item purchased. For example, preorders are shipped out before the release date.
On restock shoes shipping takes about 7-9 days.
Q: How do you come up with your prices for customs?
A: It's tough to put a price on art, but in all honesty pricing is solely based on the time needed to complete the job (prep, artwork, finishing) + shipping cost. Prices are non-negotiable.
Q: Can I pay a portion of the total once the custom is complete?
A: At this time, KK requires full payment at the time order is placed.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Like all other kinds of custom work, all sales are final. For clothing apparel, size exchanges are permitted on a one time basis.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: The KK Team will ship wherever a plane can land! We ship via USPS with tracking overseas and domestic.
Q: What happens if my shoes or another item get lost in the mail?
A: In an effort to protect the KK Team and the customer, a tracking number will always be provided when shipping any Disgusted Customs. Once the tracking description says, "delivered" the Disgusted Customs Team cannot be held liable if an item goes missing.
Q: What is the shipping address for Disgusted Customs?
A: The address for KK is located at the top of all invoices. Do not ship anything until you have a paid invoice receipt or you've placed an order through the website.
Q: What happens if my shoes are damaged when I receive them?
A: Disgusted Customs is not liable for damaged sneakers. All shoes are inspected prior to shipping out to the customer. If there is damage done to the shoe, the Disgusted Customs is happy to assist in any way possible but is not liable for damages. Just a reminder, all sales are final!
